Increase the amount of working space and conference rooms to increase collaboration and communication throughout the company
Redesign the IT systems to support more real-time integration to servers, making CRM systems more responsive to sales team's needs
Build collaboration work areas where sales teams can meet and go over ideas for meeting customer needs and selling more
IT Support Before the Move
Define the IT Architecture that will best align legacy customer data and CRM systems to sales team's needs today
Define and plan which Internet access points and Gateways will be used for routing SaaS-based CRM systems throughout the Sales workgroups
Define WiFi zones by workgroup area, complete with printing options and configurations defined
d. Create shared folders and collaborative workgroups in DropBox so any sales rep at any time, from any location, can upload and share their files and reports.
e. Define the mobility strategy for the CRM system and implement it using a series of applications from the CRM provider being used for the main system. Create application workflows and training to assist sales reps in using their smartphones and tablets to be more productive while working in the collaboration areas using Wi-Fi connections.
